Raspberry Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
¾ C orange juice
¾ C raspberry juice
½ C frozen raspberries, (not thawed)
Instructions:
1) Puree avocado, raspberry juice and raspberries in a blender until smooth.Nutrition Information: Serves 2.
Serving Size: half recipe, about 1 ¼ C

Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ¼ C orange juice
1 ripe medium banana, peeled and sliced
1 C frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
½ C silken tofu
2 ice cubes, crushed
Instructions:
Crush ice in blender as needed.
Combine orange juice, banana, berries, tofu and crushed ice in blender, cover and blend until smooth and frothy.
Nutrition Information: Serves 3.
