Greek Spinach
Ingredients:
10 oz package of frozen, no salt added chopped spinach
½ C frozen no salt added pearl onions
½ tsp dried oregano, crushed
½ tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp bottled minced garlic
¼ C crumbled feta cheese (1 ounce)Instructions:
